We use Vercel to host and deliver the public website and its contact endpoint, Resend to transmit form submissions, and business email and IT providers to store correspondence. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, courts, regulators or public authorities where necessary and lawful.

Some providers process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs, it is protected by applicable UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Retention

• Enquiry correspondence: up to 24 months after the last substantive contact.
• Website and security logs: ordinarily no longer than 90 days.
• Records connected with a contract, legal obligation or claim: for as long as required for that purpose, normally up to six years after the relationship ends.

We may keep relevant information longer where required by law or for an active dispute, security incident or investigation.
